An application fee is payable when you submit your application for accommodation. The fee will confirm your request for accommodation at the Village. No refund will be paid to applicants who cancel their application or whose application for accommodation at the Village is not successful.
If you receive an offer of accommodation at SCU Village, a refundable security deposit and data connection fee are required to confirm your accommodation.
The data connection fee covers the connection of internet and a phone line in your room. Internet and phone use are charged separately.
